What You'll Do as a Dietary Aide:
- Follow and maintain sanitation and safety standards for food preparation, storage, equipment, and kitchen areas.
- Prepare hot and cold foods safely and on time for meal service, following standardized recipes.
- Clean tables, equipment, and work areas, maintaining a sanitary kitchen environment.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and report malfunctioning equipment or unsafe conditions.
- Communicate effectively with the lead cook to ensure daily tasks and needs are met.
- Provide timely, pleasant, and professional service during resident dining.
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Previous experience preferred.
