What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary needs
- Ensure meals meet quality, portion, and presentation standards
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety guidelines
- Receive, store, and manage food inventory appropriately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and team members
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of cooking methods, food safety, and sanitation practices required
- At least 6 months to 1 year of cooking or food service experience preferred
