What You'll Do as a Registered Nurse:  

Works to ensure that the facility follows federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
Works with Assisted Living Director to keep forms updated, including policies, procedures, Bill of Rights, and related assisted living forms and manuals.
Completes assessments of potential residents to ensure that their needs will be met and follows the Assisted Living License regulations for providing timely and thorough nursing assessments for all residents.
Assures residents maintain residency requirements, reassess, and recommend alternative placement if necessary.
Supervises, orients, and completes competency for unlicensed staff to assist with the residents' individual needs.

What You'll Need: 

Active, unrestricted RN license in the State of Minnesota
Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in assisted living or a similar care setting
