What You'll Do

Deliver personalized care, including medication assistance and support with personal care tasks
Carry out each resident's individualized Plan of Care using therapeutic techniques suited to their needs
Keep residents, families, staff, and volunteers informed, flagging changes or concerns to your supervisor
Keep resident records accurate and in line with facility, state, and federal standards
Help maintain a clean, safe, home-like environment and respond to resident and household needs
Take part in required meetings, in-service training, and online education modules
Work alongside your team to support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being
